Drinking stations

There will be drink stations approximately every 5 kilometers. At the drink stations, sports drinks from Maxim energy drink and water will be distributed.‍

Should situations arise that require emergency help,
we ask runners and the public to use emergency number 113.

Medals and Prizes

All participants who complete a distance during Runfest will receive this year's participant medal after finishing.‍

Afterrun Pitstop

After finishing the race you can buy different kind of beverages and energy refills in the Afterrun Pitstop area.‍

Official Afterrun

Have you crossed the finish line at this year’s Runfest? Or have you cheered on someone who has?
Then you are warmly invited to Runfest’s official AfterRun on Saturday, October 3, featuring great drinks at the bar, delicious street food, a live concert, and a DJ spinning music late into the night.‍

Ledsager

Vi tilbyr ledsagere i samarbeid med SATS. Du er velkommen til å ta kontakt på e-post welcome@runfestnorway.com. Vi vil tilrettelegge for at flest mulig skal få mulighet til å kunne bruke ledsagerordningen.

Parkering

Vi anbefaler alle å benytte kollektiv transport løpsdagene.

Det er mulig å parkere i Elveparken Nord, innkjørsel fra Havnegatea. Easypark kan benyttes.

Havnegata vil være delvis stengt mellom kl. 1100-1900, men utkjørsel vil være mulig til følgende tider:

Norsk Folkehjelp er også tilstede med eget telt i målområdet.

Etter løpet

Medaljer og premier

Alle deltakere som fullfører en distanse under Runfest, mottar årets deltaker medalje etter målgang.

Målområde & Runfest Pitstop

Etter målgang kan du nyte god stemning med musikk, ulike stands og energipåfyll til alle deltakere, i tillegg til medaljeutdeling og premieseremoni. Mat og drikke vil også være tilgjengelig for kjøp i Runfest Pitstop-baren og inne på Thon Senter Sandnes i ulike barer og restauranter.

Offisiell Afterrun

Har du krysset mållinjen under årets Runfest? Eller har du heiet på noen som har gjort det?

Da er du og vennene dine invitert til Runfest´s offisielle AfterRun lørdag 3. oktober fra 19:30 til 02:00, med god drikke i baren, deilig gatemat, livekonsert og en DJ som spiller musikk ut i de små timer.

Det vil være toalett plassert på startområdet for alle distansene.

Det er mange toaletter tilgjengelig inne på Thon Senter Sandnes, rett ved bagasje-drop sonen.

1500 meters – run in the footsteps of the world’s elite! 

Here, everyone can join – whether you’re a beginner,experienced, or just curious.

This distance is all about speed, courage, and the joy of running, just like for Jakob Ingebrigtsen and the other big stars. 

You’ll feel a sense of mastery when you push yourself a little extra, at your own pace. Spectators and fellow runners will cheer you on, no matter your shape or your goals. 

1500 meters is just as suitable for those who want to try something new as for those who want to chase a personal best. The joy of finishing is just as great for everyone.

Here, runners of all levels come together – from complete beginners to seasoned recreational runners.

You set your own pace, feel the support from the crowd, and let yourself be carried forward by the shared energy in the field. 

When you cross the finish line, you’ll know you’ve conquered a distance that demands both strength and willpower – and you’ll be left with a sense of achievement and memories for life. 

You decide whether you want to run with or without timing.
